We do not own, manage or operate any listed properties.
All bookings are Pay At Property. The platform does not collect payments.
Booking and Reservation
How do I make a booking?
Booking on our platform is easy! Follow these steps to make a reservation online:
Visit Our Website: Navigate to our website and browse our services.
Select Your Service: Choose the service you wish to book.
Choose Date and Time: Select your preferred date and time slot.
Provide Details: Enter your contact information and any specific requirements.
Request: Request for the booking.
Get Confirmation:You will get confirmation notice by the property owner or host. ‘Or’
Pay at property(Recommended): Only “Pay at property”. Our platform doesn’t collect any payment.
How can I pay for booking? What are the payment methods?
Your payment after booking:
All bookings are ‘Pay at Property’s. The platform does not collect payments.
All payments are made pay on arrival or locally accepted methods.
We are not responsible for payment disputes between guests and partners.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Cancellation & No-Show:
All payments are made directly to the property.
Cancellation & No-Show policies are set by individual partners.
We are not responsible for penalties or charges applied by partners.
Account Assistance
How do I create or update my customer account?
Creating and updating your account is quick and easy:
Create Account: Visit our website and click on “Sign Up” or “Create Account”. Fill out the required fields with your information and follow the prompts to create your account.
Update Account: Log in to your account, navigate to your profile or account settings, and edit your information as needed.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it securely:
Password Reset: Go to the login page on our website and click on “Forgot Password”.
Enter Email: Enter the email address associated with your account.
Reset Link: Check your email for instructions and a link to reset your password.
Create New Password: Follow the link and enter a new password for your account.

I need help with a recent booking.
Booking Process:
All bookings are ‘ Pay on Arrival ‘.
All bookings made through our platform are booking request.
Bookings are confirmed only after the property owners or hosts accepts the request.
Availability, pricing and services are managed solely by the property owners or hosts.
I didn't receive my booking confirmation.
Booking Confirmation:
All booking are Pay on Arrival.
You only request the booking from our platform.
Property Owners confirm availability.
Property owners must manaully confirm bookings.
